Return Policy

You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in mint condition, (their original condition) , with all tags attached. Items that show signs of damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

To process a return, please use the same package that is not damaged from the inside . Fill it out completely and include it with your return shipment. And send it to us.

LURINI does not provide return labels and is not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
